Sonic embodies the idea of an authentic self. He believes in freedom and choice, ever living by his own feelings. He has no interest in rules - only what feels right in the moment. Renowned for his victories, it's rare you'll find someone who doesn't think of him as a hero. Perhaps, the only one who doesn't favor this claim is Sonic himself. In his own words, he's just a guy – one who can't be good all the time. An insatiable wanderlust drives him to explore the world & a deep-seated reverence for nature urges him to protect it.

Despite his tendency to disappear without notice, Sonic has a way of always returning when needed, much like the wind that carries him.

I'm a long time fan of the series and have been writing Sonic as a muse for equally as long! This makes me familiar with pretty much all Sonic media. However, I prefer to write him as game canon with some IDW mixed in (and a lot of influence from sonic x). I have no interest in writing him as seen in the movies - otherwise, if you've got a specific canon point or idea in mind, I'm happy to adjust!

Please note: I understand that ages are a nebulous topic for the sonic series and amongst fans. However, I choose to depict Sonic as without age, or a young adult (19-21).
